This was made based on the dock used for example in Glassic’s icons. I adapted it, redrew a fair amount of stuff and packaged it into an iContainer

Idea is to make it merged with the dock, so only stamp borders are visible and printed stamp is visible when its magnified.
middle part is translucent so if you want to add an image use the png and add an image behind it.

Hobiconer is an App for Mac OSX Snow Leopard (10.6) that lets you compose, import or export icons in many formats : Apple icns, Microsoft ico, CandyBar iContainer, bitmap (png or tiff).
